Jacks are not for everyone.

What I expect from new families is that they’ve well thought out bringing a JRT into their home and are prepared for the level of training and care keeping a Jack happy requires.

I will work with families who are new dog owners, new parents, work long hours, or who live in a city.

What I expect from you is your honesty in what your home can provide, and your respect for my expertise when it comes to discussing the appropriate puppy for your home.

Along with a WOM puppy comes:

  • a health guarantee against genetic diseases that can currently be tested for
  • a lifetime take back guarantee that no matter how your life changes, your pup will always find a safe landing with me
  • a lifetime of support with training challenges
  • a lifetime of open and honest communication about health and behaviour
  • No contract to spay/neuter your pet
  • Basic training as up to 8 weeks allows & a go home kit

Go Home Kit

Transitioning to a new home can be stressful on a young dog, in order to minimize this I always send new puppies home with

  • A large enough supply of their current food to wean them onto your desired feed
  • A small blanket with scents from their litter & mom
  • A kennel to continue their training (always included for airline travel)
  • First shots and a full health repot
  • Pedigree and access to parental genetic testing as available
  • A few treats and toys

This is always included and not an add on to purchase price

8+ week Training

I firmly believe when it comes to learning to rat, dogs learn best from each other. While puppies are always exposed to older Jacks in their first 8 weeks, they’re still a bit young to learn the ins and out of hunting.

8+ week training is available at a boarding cost, to be discussed.
Up to 6 months is an option.
